Tia Mowry sets the record straight on bond with twin sister Tamera

Tia Mowry is clearing the air after rumors of a “feud” between her twin sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley.

A close conversation with him ETTia, who shared the screen with her twin sister on the ABC hit sitcom Sister, SisterShe talked about the current state of her relationship with Tamera.

“It’s just not available the way it used to be,” Tia told the media.

“I think everybody thought there was this big separation or distance, and that wasn’t the case. So, it’s new to other people, but it’s not new to us.”

Tia noted that “family is really important” to her and her twin sister and they always make it a priority.

The My Secret Santa The actress shared how they made it a rule to contact him at least once a week.

“Me and my sister, we made a pact that we would talk to each other once a week and that was on Sundays,” Tia shared.

“Sometimes it’s just, you know, writing. But as long as we check in and talk, you know, that’s what we do, you know. [but] “The world doesn’t know that’s what we do,” she added.

This comes a year after Tia admitted on her WeTV reality show My Next Act that she “loved” that they were “still close.”

For those unfamiliar, the 45-year-old identical twins hit sitcom ran for six seasons from 1994 -1999.
