Scott Wolf makes major move as Kelley Wolf resumes court-ordered mental health treatment

Scott Wolf has revoked his restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, as she remains in long-term psychiatric care.

A Utah judge granted the 57-year-old’s request to drop a modified temporary protective order during a Dec. 3 hearing.

The decision comes after months of worsening legal and medical problems. Scott files for divorce in June; Days later, Kelley, 49, was put on an involuntary hold after concerns were raised about her mental health.

He was later arrested in August after posting personal information about friends, family, and Scott online, and was subsequently banned from contacting him or their three children.

Kelley allegedly violated that order within a week, leading to additional charges. In late September, she was hospitalized again after reportedly making threats against herself and Scott.

After an evaluation, a judge ordered a minimum of 60 days of mandatory psychiatric confinement with mandatory drug compliance.

Kelley missed several court dates due to treatment and was transferred in mid-October to another facility in Utah for continued care.
