Manny Jacinto reveals true impact of ‘The Good Place’ on life

“Thank goodness I was able to buy groceries,” he told PEOPLE, adding that he “never thought” he would get a major role in Hollywood.

Before choosing the role, he was “living in a five-room house with a group of nurses and trying to make it work,” and it became “a battle to live there.”

“When that test came through and when I was able to get that — it changed my life, it really did,” he recalled.

He came up with the experience of making the show and meeting the lead stars for the first time.

“Working with TED for the first time, meeting Krinsten and all the kids on staff – be it Jacico,” he said.

“A lot of us are in general and we’ll see where the trains go, a lot of specific times,” Manny Jacico added.
