Kimora Lee Simmons’ ex Russell fires back at her co-parenting remarks

Russell Simmons is breaking his silence about Kimora Lee Lee Simmons’ recent statements that she “has no relationship” with the fathers of her children.

The 68-year-old former Kimora hit back at the model-turned-fashion mogul saying, “There are two sides to every story.”

Russell took to his account on December 14 to respond to Kimora’s claim. He began, “I gave him 50,000 a month for 20 years.”

“I was the best / only friend

And he said, I am fighting for my children and my pride.

“You threatened that if I sue you, I will never speak to my children again. There are two sides to every story,” he said.

This came after Kimora recalled in a recent interview Peopleespecially because she took a “village” of “friends and family and people” to pick up her children.

“Often I would say I’m fine, but the kids are with me full time. I’m a great first parent.

She was prepared to reveal that Kimora shares two daughters with Simmons, 25-year-old Ming Lee and 23-year-old Aoki Lee. The first pair was worn in 1998 and took the form in 2006.

Kimora is also mother to two additional children: son Kiinzo Lee, 16, with actor Djimon Hounsou and 10-year-old son with ex Wolfe Lee
