Jennifer Ariston’s friend Jim Curtis opens up about how to build a real relationship.

The 50-year-old body coach and 50-year-old life coach shared a new video on Instagram where he explains why many people fall for material instead of truth.

Jim laughed and replied that people always assume a future that doesn’t exist. “The conscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and fantasy,” he said.

“If you keep imagining a future that hasn’t happened yet, you’re falling in love with nothing.”

He added that the key is to focus on what is happening now and not rush too much.

The couple, however, confirmed their romance earlier this month when Jennifer shared a black and white photo of Jim’s birthday, “Happy Birthday,” my birthday.

Their relationship was first sparked during a vacation in Mallorca, Spain where Jennifer introduced Jim to her close friends Jason Batman and Amanda Caka.

After the trip, Jim shared in his newsletter that he was happy with the “joy and love” he now felt in his life.

The exciting moment has been seen several times since, including a cozy stay in northern California.
