Jenna Bush Hager reveals new permanent ‘Today’ co host and show name

Sheinelle Jones became Jenna Bush Bush’s constant distraction Today show

Jones replaced Hoda Kotb almost a year after she left the show as cohost. The announcement came on December 9 that Jones will join Jenna Bush as a regular co-host of the 10 o’clock hour.

During the show on December 9, the singer wept as he thanked the audience and then announced Jones as a new bandmate. She also revealed that Jones’ first show will be on January 12.

“We had a very special show today. Over the past year, guys, I’ve promoted this convention with 60 amazing friends, and I’ve learned a lot from my friends about it,” Bush Hage said. “And you, the audience, have been with me the whole time, so thank you very much.”

She continued, “Today I am happy to announce that I have found my forever friend and we can start an extraordinary journey.

Since Kotb’s departure on January 9 of this year, celebrities have sold out at the show. The show was even named Jenna & Friends. Among the guests were Scarlett Johansson, Olivia Munn, who was brought back.

Now, the show has been postponed once again Today with Jenna and Sheinelle.

Sheinelle Jones is now in her 3rd hour Today with Dylan Dreyer, Al Roker and Craig Melvin.
