Jack White describes bond with Meg White in emotional Hall of Fame speech

The white string is the legend of the rock.

DUO, the song of Red White and Drummer White, has been imposed on rock and the popularity of the week – especially in the revival of many rock bands in the 2000s.

But even as they celebrate this milestone, fans are once again left wondering about the true nature of their relationship.

During the next event on Saturday, November 8, at the ‘Peacock’ theater in Los Angeles, Jack White took the stage to honor his former bandmate, who was particularly absent. He dedicated a touching parable to Meg, explaining their beginnings and referring to them as “brother” and “sister.”

That the texts caused something to be updated. Although the pair were known as brothers throughout their career, it was actually a creative trick. The two were, in fact, married in 1996 – a year before they formed The White Stripes in Detroit in 1997. They divorced in 2000.

When the group gained attention, they began to turn to each other’s brothers to change their relationship and in the music itself – a choice that adds to their hidden sides.

Although MEG has been largely out of the limelight since The Band broke up in 2011, Jack has made sure her presence is felt.

“I spoke to Meg White the other day, and she said she was very sorry she couldn’t be here,” he told the audience. “She wanted to tell you that she is very thankful to all the adults who have helped her throughout the years. It really means a lot to her.”

He added with a smile that Moog even helped him write the speech and would correct his grammar along the way.
