Gemma Collins shares heartbreaking update as her mother falls seriously ill

Gemma Collins has urged fans to keep her mother, Joan, in their prayers as the 81-year-old is ‘very ill’ in hospital with pneumonia.

Last year, Gemma was warned her mother might not survive after being rushed to hospital when she suddenly stopped breathing.
