Court backs Brad Pitt in ongoing Chateau Miraval war with Angelina Jolie

Brad Pitt has won a small legal battle in court in his ongoing battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie over their winery.

According to a recent report PeopleThe outlet obtained court documents in which a Los Angeles Superior Court judge asked the 50-year-old actress to provide Pitt’s legal team with documents or messages she did not share before their fight at Château Miraval.

The F1 The actor received permission from the judge, who ordered Jolie to hand over the full, uncensored messages, which she had refused to share before under attorney-client privilege.

The official ruling reads, “The court orders Jolie to produce in full, within 45 days of this order, the unredacted versions of the communications exchanged between the attorneys of the non-lawyer of 22 documents identified in Jolie’s February 14, 2025 priority document identification numbers listed in the appendix to this order.”

This was uploaded on December 17, one day after Pitt celebrated his 62nd birthday.

An insider claimed that the “emails prove that Jolie was naive from the beginning about her true desire to sell her stake in the Stoli business.”

For those who don’t know, Pitt filed a lawsuit against their wine company after Jolie sold her shares without his approval despite a previous agreement that neither of them would sell their shares without the permission of the other.
