Carey Mulligan shares behind the scenes deets on ‘Pride & Prejudice’

Kartiy Mulligan made her debut in one of the most popular films of this century.

Mulligan played Kitty Bennet in the film, the fourth of the five Sistnet in 2005 Pride & Prejudice, Left is Joe Wright.

“I was very lucky to get that job,” said the BAFTA winner. “I think what always comes back to me is, we’re talking about luck in this job, and it’s true that you’re in the right room at the right time.

Sharing the understanding of making the film, the Maestro star said, “I remembered that Joe had left our house to make him feel like he was part of the story, or those characters.”

“The experience was like, it was more than people between the ages of 18 and 25,” she said, “just to live together in different hotels in England in the summer. It was magic.” It was magic. “It was magic.”

“We were all happy and happy at work and in love and very happy,” she said. “And it’s a story without a schedule. It’s love.”
