Ashlee Simpson’s ex-Ryan Cabrera claims to have ‘a great history’

Ashlee Simpson’s ex-boyfriend Ryan Cabrera recently went public and opened up about their relationship.

For those unaware, the 41-year-old American singer, songwriter, actress, and television personality, whose real name is Ashley Nicolle Ross-Næss, dated Cabrera in 2004 but broke up in 2005.

Their love gave MTV’s big story The Ashlee Simpson Show and she also appeared in his music video titled Down the road.

While chatting THE PEOPLE In the magazine, the 43-year-old American musician reflected on his relationship 7th Heaven the actress and how they keep on good terms despite being a former couple.

Cabrera said, “We are actually friends [Alexa Bliss] love her.”

The Inside Your Mind The crooner went on to share that he and Ashlee’s husband, Evan Ross, have been friends for “a long time” and he still has a great relationship with her mother, Tina Ann Simspon.

He noted, “I still pop in and see her mom in the showroom and they have gifts for Hendrix, our daughter. Everyone is in the same vein.”

“We have a great history, no one has anything bad to say about each other, because we are all happy that everyone is happy, everyone has a beautiful family now. We have all grown and we see everyone developing, and we love that,” the father of one explained.

“It’s a very fun, happy, healthy environment. And it makes you happy when you see someone from the past and watch them do well,” Ryan Cabrera said.
