• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
• Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

2. Our team will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
3. Ship the item to our office at Ugoki, Sialkot, Pakistan.
4. Once inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, please mention it when requesting your return authorization.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
