Rob Reiner, Michele Singer’s kids Romy, Jake ‘try to face’ this ‘nightmare’

Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner’s, Romy and Jake, are trying to be “stronger” after the cold murder of their parents.

A good source said THE PEOPLE magazine that “of course it was a big shock to the system. These nightmares came out of them, but they’ve been surrounded by support since the second they found out.”

The intellectual went on to say that the 78-year-old American filmmaker and actor and his wife “love” Hollywood and after the unimaginable tragedy, their big inner circle is supporting Jake and Romy.

“Jake and Romy will never be alone as they try to face this,” they noted.

For those who do not know, Romy first found her father, Rob, without signs of life in his Los Angeles home on Sunday, December 14, 2025. Later, she also found out that her mother, Michele, had died.

After an examination, it was discovered that the Hollywood couple had blunt force trauma; however, their son Nick, who also lived with them, survived.

Nick was initially questioned but is now in jail and charged with two counts of first degree murder of his parents. He appeared briefly in court on Wednesday 17 December but did not answer any pleas.

It is important to mention that Rob Reiner’s marriage to former director Penny Marshall gave him a daughter, Tracy, 61.
