Pitt, The critically acclaimed series on HBO Max is back for a second season, with the trailer showing chaos returning to the hospital.
Noah Wyle, who plays Dr. Michael ‘Robby’ Robinavitch, previously shared that the upcoming season will also show the impact of new changes in the US healthcare system.
“Before we even start writing, we’re doing interviews with all kinds of people from every department and health care sector, and they’re telling us what they’re up against,” he noted.
The actor continues, “They tell us what they’d like to see on TV, and they tell us what really contradicts what they’re trying to do if we put it on TV.”
Meanwhile, returning members of the show include Patrick (Dr. Langdon), Katherine Lanasa (Dana Evans), Superya Ganesh (Dr. Mohan), Fiana Dourif (Dr. McKingy), Taylor Dearden (Dr. King), Brines (Dr. Santos), Gerran Howell (Whitaker), Shabana Azez (Javadi), and MOI (Dr. Al-Hashimi).
“‘Pitt’ is an authentic examination of the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America as seen through the lens of frontline heroes working in a modern hospital in Pittsburgh,” read its website.
