Why Amy Schumer, Chris Fischer still living together despite split

Amy Schumer and Chris Fisher are reportedly still living together despite ending their 7-year marriage.

On Monday, an insider told him Page Six that the 44-year-old comedian still shares a home with her estranged husband over their young son, Gene.

“She hopes they will be working together full time and that he will see Gene almost as much as he does now – if not more,” the source said.

“They are still mostly under the same roof, for the sake of the child,” he added.

The source who spoke further told the media that train wreck The actress wants Chris to “participate” in the daily care of their six-year-old son.

“She wants them to continue to be very much together when it comes to raising their son,” the source said.

The insider continued, “Amy wants Chris to stay with Gene … If she thinks about another comedy tour in the future, she wants Chris to be Gene’s protector and well prepared to go along with it.”

“She just never wants to be in love with him again,” the expert added.
