Zooey Deschanel has revealed that her beau Jonathan Scott helped her parents build fire shelters after she was burned in the Los Angeles earthquake earlier this year.

“We are rebuilding my parents’ house.
Zooey, who starred in Primetime Merv, said the house project will be a big job in the new year.
