Smokey Robinson scores legal victory in sexual assault case

Smoking Robinson has had little success in the ongoing legal battle.

Earlier this year in May, four of the former homes were hit with a series of allegations including rape, sexual battery and false imprisonment.

And in November, two new defendants – John Doe 1 and Jane Doe 5 – were filed to join the Plaintiffs in the $50 million lawsuit.

On Friday, a judge granted Robinson’s request for four of the charges to turn over their cellphones for the photo.

In a statement to the Daily Mail, Robinson’s lawyer, Christopher Frost, said his client was “pleased with the court’s verdict.”

“We know that the types of communication the plaintiffs had with our customers before we made a decision, so we are happy that we can finally, and the public knows the truth,” he said to the truth.

Robinson’s petition, filed Wednesday, alleges that the charges were used to track down cell phone registration requests but that compliance was avoided.

“With each passing day, there is a greater risk that data will be deleted,” the application said.

In November, Robinson faced new allegations from two additional employees — including men — who claimed he engaged in sexual misconduct while on the job.

The unnamed men said that Cruisin’ HitMaker once grabbed his hand and tried to force him to touch his genitals, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

Both said they work as housekeepers for Robinson and his wife, Feverney Robinson.

The smoking lawyer, Christopher Frost, denied the latest allegations in the Daily Mail, calling them “false claims.”
