Lindsay Lohan shares some words of encouragement from her husband, Bader Shammas.
During a panel discussion at the oasis well presented in Miami Chase on December 3, The FRAVY FRIDAY The star revealed how she keeps herself grounded when life gets chaotic as an actress, and it’s part of her husband’s advice.
Lohan began, “I’m a very positive person so I always expect that everything is going to go – ‘man you have to prepare for other things, so you don’t get disappointed, so that’s okay,'”
“And that’s really important to me because I never understood the value of that,” she added.
“You are your own vessel. If you’re not nurturing yourself, everything can take a backseat to you. Everything’s turned upside down,” she added.
They were said to be known as ‘Lohan and Shammas’ and Shammas was slowly linked in February 2020 and they got married in 2022. The two men are also parents to a two-year-old son, Lui.
“I am the luckiest woman in the world. Not because I need a man, but he found me and I know that I find joy and grace,” he wrote on social media at the time of their wedding.
