The Florida team dismissed the favor of Megan as part of the ban on her lawsuit against the blogger Millagro Millagro Gramz, born Milagro Elizabeth Cooper.
The rapper, 30 years old, filed a lawsuit in October 2024, accusing Cersifer of falsely claiming to be “temporary money” spread by Tory Lanez and spreading false information about the shooting around 2020.
A nine-judge panel awarded Megan $75,000 to $59,000 for District Court Judge Cecilia M. Altonka, who named Cerper as the defendant.
A source said the cooper will also have to cover Megan’s legal fees. As she left court, Megan said she was “happy.”
The partnership’s lawyer, Nathachana Bien-Aime, said the ruling raised concerns about free speech and the dangers of digital comments. He argued that decisions like this can discourage online discussions of social figures.
During the previous testimony, Megan had greatly damaged her mental health and her future. She testified that harassment is deeply frustrating.
The lawsuit alleges he shared the sexually explicit video and falsely claimed the gun used in the 2020 shooting was missing. Lanez was sentenced in 2022 on more firearm-related charges stemming from that incident.
