Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell clashes with sunbather over private beach rights

Brian Livertell’s backyard son is in a legal battle with several seniors over his $3.8 million Florida Beach home.

A member of the group, 50, filed a lawsuit against 197-year-old Carolyn Barrington Hill, who accused her of repeatedly making him, yelling at the manager of the property, and his rare problems.

The lawsuit, filed on September 19, said the September Rosa Rosa repented of many hairs between April and September, ignoring warnings to leave.

Littrel said the meetings forced him to hire security to protect his wife, Leigeenne, 56, and their home.

Florida law generally allows public access to wetlands above the high water line on private property, which is clearly marked with “no trespassing” signs.

The tension worsened after she accused the mountain of stealing property and threatened her with a written statement. In the video clip, she warned that she would use pepper spray if she approached him again.

Hill has since filed a motion to dismiss, with a hearing set for Dec. 11.

Other visitors have also reportedly felt threatened, which has led to police intervention on several occasions.

This is not the first oil conflict in the coastal corridor. Earlier this year, he sued Walton County, claiming officials failed to stop the rape and protect his property.

His opinion included video evidence of disputes between his family and his beach and called the sheriff to evict his rights to the private beach.
