Nicola Peltz launches new legal attack on groomers who ‘killed’ her dog

Nicola Peltz Beckham has stepped up her legal battle against the Westchester-based Holdspa, accusing the business of registering clients that could show other animals being kept.

The actress, 30, filed new court documents last week seeking access to the company’s client list, alleging that other animals may have been harmed in her care.

Peltz initially sued Holdspa, owner Deborah Gittleman, and grocer Jonny Cebaldos.

The previously healthy dog ​​developed severe complications and later died of fluid in her lungs, neurological symptoms, and a rapid heart rate. Peltz argues that the death was caused by “intention and malice.”

Its lawyers say Holdspa refused to hand over the requested records, leaving the two sides “in meetings” after meetings “after winning in October and November 18.

The filing argues that many Houndspa customers have reported injuries to dogs and that the customer list could identify additional cases related to the additional purpose.

Holdspa has mixed reviews online, with several star reviews for cuts, injuries, and poor handling. Peltz fans also flooded the company’s Facebook page with criticism.

Attorney Tony Sisfu, who is representing Gittleman, dismissed Peltz’s latest argument and said the case should be handled in court, not on social media.
