Raúl Rocha, the president and co-owner of the Miss Universe organization, has reportedly been accused of being involved in drug, arms, and fuel trafficking between Guatemala and Mexico.
According to a report issued by the Guide, the Office of the Attorney General of Mexico (FGG) believes that Rocha is the leader of an alleged group of criminals who affected the river UMumacinta and transported him in a truck.
On August 6, an official from Mexico’s criminal prosecutor’s office requested an arrest warrant for Rocha, who also serves as Guatemala’s consul in Mexico.
Investigators say they raided several homes and found records showing Rocha financed the network, including a payment of 2.1 million pesos.
Reviewing the reformation, the group claims that the group has government connections at all levels to help move fuel, drugs, and weapons to the class.
Federal sources told The Reformation that Rocha approached authorities in October about seeking a plea deal in exchange for information.
The revelation that was presented just a few days after the Miss Universe 2025 pageant became a mess due to the sudden conflict between the contestants and the accusations of execution and the many accusations of fraud.
Miss Mexico Fátima Bosch emerged as the winner of the pageant.
